Why do I need a business plan specialist?

Most entrepreneurs we work with have strong business acumen and could draft a plan on their own. They engage us because they want a document built specifically for the immigration process — written to the evidentiary standards of their visa category, with the financial detail, market research, and narrative an adjudicator expects to see. A specialist knows what to argue for an E-2 versus an EB-1A versus an EB-5, and which sections carry the weight of the petition.

Do you write the legal arguments?

No. We do not provide legal advice or representation. We write the business documentation — the plan, projections, market analysis, role descriptions, and supporting narratives — in coordination with your immigration attorney's legal strategy. The attorney drives the legal argument; we make sure the business case underneath it is detailed, credible, and consistent with that argument.

What are the payment terms?

We collect payment upfront, with full payment for international clients. Working with an international clientele, this keeps the process smooth and avoids delays at the moment we'd otherwise be sending a first draft.

What format will I receive the final business plan in?

Accepted Answer

We draft and revise in Microsoft Word documents. When the plan is complete, we design the document and provide both a Word (.docx) file and a PDF.

How long does it take?

First draft is delivered within five to seven business days from receipt of intake materials and payment. Rush service is available — contact us for current rush pricing and timeline.

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Each project includes three major revisions at no additional charge. Beginning with the fourth, each major revision is billed at $100. Minor revisions — typos, small wording adjustments, light edits — are always free.

What's the difference between E-2 and EB-5?

Accepted Answer

Both are investment-based, but they're different categories with different requirements. E-2 is a non-immigrant treaty-investor visa allowing the investor to live and work in the U.S. while developing and directing the enterprise — the investment must be substantial relative to the business but there's no fixed dollar floor. EB-5 is an immigrant investor visa leading to permanent residence, requires a higher fixed investment amount, and requires creation of at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs. Yes. A significant portion of our work comes from immigration attorneys and law firms who engage us on behalf of their clients. We're comfortable working as part of your team — receiving direction from the attorney, coordinating on the legal strategy, and aligning the business documentation with their RFE responses or petition narrative.

Yes. We prepare RFE response documentation in coordination with your immigration attorney — revised or expanded business plans, updated financial projections, job creation explanations, role narratives, and other business-focused materials responsive to the specific concerns USCIS has raised.
